I made an offer but the seller never contacted me. What should I do?
You can try to "Contact" them again. We only provide a means for interested parties to contact each other. We cannot guarantee that the owner of an Advert will respond. If you have repeated difficulties contacting an owner send us an email inquiry@my-ads.com.my and we'll see what we can do to help.

I suspect that a seller I contacted may be dealing in stolen goods.
You can contact the police or just email us at inquiry@my-ads.com.my and we'll follow it up for you.

Does MyAds provide any assurances regarding the sellers or their goods?
No. However, there are significant laws designed to protect consumers. Contact the Department of Fair Trading
if you have any concerns.

Where can I buy the paper MyAds?
MyAds is available at all leading news and bookstores through-out Sabah, currently with over 450 locations. Please contact us for exact locations.

Does MyAds have a downloadable online copy?
Yes, it’s available for download beginning of each month.

I live outside Kota Kinabalu. Can I still make offers?
Absolutely!

Yes, the online MyAds copy is identical hard copy distributed.
